Defensive Line Coach Chas Doerrer
Coach Doerrer is in his 28th year as a coach at Torrey Pines. He attended Torrey Pines where he participated in football as well as Track and Field, before going on to the University of California Santa Barbara where he continued to play football. After that he attended Chapman University. Along with coaching football, he has been the Shot Put and Disc Coach at Torrey Pines for twenty-three years. Coach Doerrer teaches Social Science at Torrey Pines, and enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, a Torrey Pines teacher, and his two kids Ariana and Jackson.
