Brian Moore
Coach Moore is in his first year as a football coach at Torrey Pines. He has been the Sprints coach at Torrey Pines for the last 8 years. He was a four-sport varsity athlete at Marian Catholic High School earning All-League honors in football, basketball and was a league champion in track and field. Moore played defensive back at Grossmont College and then at Oklahoma Panhandle State University. He has a bachelors of science degree in Business and a MA in Human Resources. Coach Moore is the PE teacher and athletic director at St. Rose of Lima School. Before coming to Torrey Pines, he was a head coach for Scripps Ranch Pop Warner for six years, coached freshman football at Mira Mesa HS, and spent six years in multiple coaching positions for Scripps Ranch HS, including head coach, defensive coordinator, wide receivers, linebackers and defensive backs coach. Coach Moore enjoys spending family time with his loving wife Vicki, son Isaiah and daughter JoVonne.
